What a series between San Antonio and Dallas. How can you top that?Â
Dallas blew out to a huge first half lead, but the Spurs were relentless in the second half. Down the stretch, Dallas was holding on for dear life. Meanwhile, Duncan had thrown that team on his back and they tied the game up with 1:07 left. San Antonio gets a stop and with :32 left, Duncan throws it out to Manu Ginobili and he nails a three. Dallas calls time out, it's looking over for the Mavs, AGAIN. But no. Dirk Nowitski got a traditional three point play on a terrific drive to the basket. San Antonio gets one last possession. Ginobili misses a layup and Nowitski blocks Duncan's bunny. Overtime.
Tim Duncan was a huge man tonight. With 41 points, he set a personal career high in the playoffs. But, in the overtime he gets shut down. By DeSagana Diop. Who? DeSagana Diop. Pronounced: Suh-GAH-nah JOP

Well hell-fire, as they say in Appalachia. What a brain sieze by Moss. Obviously Moss was thinking of the Admiral, Tim Duncan's former mate with the Spurs. Duh. Moss too knows that Tim Duncan went to Wake Forest.
Moss was pointing to the fact that none of those others were name players in college, not that they weren't born in the US (although coincidentally they weren't). Moss enjoys college BB and pays little or no attention to the one-on-one league, so doesn't really know much about the games of those fellows.
Where did Nowitzki's killer instict come from? Can the Wolves find out and send Garnett there? Maybe we need to pump some Hasselhoff through the locker room next year.

The Suns-Mavs series should be a damn fun series.
I think so, too. The Suns were awesome last night and that Dallas team can flat out play. And neither team is afraid to get up and down the court. What a fantastic post season so far.
