So one of the communities (SBG community) that was stoked about a midwestern World Series is basically silent for it. Hmmm...
1-hitter going for th' gambler...
Rose-colored spot on Roger's hand... What do you expect from a strawberry farmer??
In-laws in th' living room... Would rather not have the sound on. McCarver is a know-it-all that says th' obvious. Why do we need their commentary??
No more complete game for KR...
Kenny's a little whipped up tonite. Turrets?
Jones sets up his own save. Go Detroilet!
Sorry, I am on a Buck/McCarver/Fox sabbatical. I pretty much lost all semblance of sanity the 1/2 inning after Endy Chavez's outstanding catch when Buck (I think it was him) praised Jeff Suppan for being able to come out of the dugout and pitch after Chavez's play. Ummmmmmm. Yeah. WTF was he supposed to do? I suppose he could have hanged himself from the upper deck railing instead, but that would have most likely affected his availability for the remainder of the postseason. Looks like he made the right choice to go out there and pitch.
Plus there is the annoying way the cameras focus on the crowd more than the game in the high pressure situations.

Annoying is putting it mildly. It's a baseball game, not a soap opera.
