O.M.G.
Can I just say that someone spent way too much money on that, and it was about 3min too long?!

and it was about 3min too long?!
But it was only 3 min long?! Oh. I get it.
I was just curious if the cats groovin in the background were fellow players, but didn't recognize anyone.

Makes you wonder how many other treasures the Stick has locked up in the WGOM Vault (where he keeps the Rally Cap).
SBG replied on February 11, 2007 at 12:00:31 pm
Actually, I was working on something to make it easy for anyone to plug the rally cap into a LTE, but it didn't work.

Probably for the best - that kind of power in the wrong hands...

Quality material. Puts the Bearsss' Super Bowl Shuffle to shame.
I especially enjoyed all the big hair on the dancin' girls.
I wonder how many instruments Prince played on the soundtrack?

I was, at one time, a proud owner of this video. I think that it was a Christmas present.
WillYoung replied on February 11, 2007 at 11:37:05 am
SBG, someone from your office actually owns that video. I'm not going to name any names, though
CarterHayes replied on February 11, 2007 at 11:43:52 am
Wow. I don't suppose there was ever a video for the "Drive Time '91" (or whatever it was) song, was there? I heard it so much back then that I still have a good portion of the lyrics memorized.

My memory may be a bit hazy, but I seem to recall Juan pitching poorly in a particular game in 1987. In an interview after the game, he said "No talk. I pitch crap. No talk."
You've gotta love an athlete who tells it like it is.
He was one of my favorites from that magical 1987 team. I probably listened to 120 of their games that season out here in western South Dakota. The AM radio station was almost incoherent after sundown, so you really had to listen intently.
The write-up about Gaetti - and this goofy video - have me waxing nostalgic this morning. I've actually had goosebumps more than once. Thanks SBG.
SBG replied on February 12, 2007 at 11:05:46 am
Writing the Gaetti thing brought up a lot of memories, which will be contined as we move up the list. 1987 was a helluva fun time.
