Power Lunching

Posted by SBG on Wednesday, February 28th, 2007 at 2:30 pm

With the first spring training game just a few short hours away (should I open up a game log?) I got an early start by having lunch today with Uber-blogger Seth Stohs. We grabbed a bite, chatted about blogging, the Twins, the dreadful Wolves loss last night, ScruFi, Terry Ryan, etc. A good time was had, at least by me. Welcome to town, Seth and stop by whenever you are around. You now know where to find me.

It looks like, as long as there are no technical bumps in the road, I should be able to see the game today. Don't start one up solely for me, though. These things tend to work better when more than one person shows up.

It's spring training ubes... I could throw out a rally cap in the second inning just for practice.

Yeah, by the later innings, it'll pretty much just be rookies and stuff in there. We wouldn't want to put that kind of pressure on the rookies. Gotta make sure to ease them into the rally cap.
