I expect that, with just 43 to go to 800, he'll keep playing.

Anyone know any AL parks that really favor lefties HR potential? That's where BB should DH next year.
Yankee Stadium. Metrodome.
I seem to remember something in Bill James' Handbook that said US Cellular had a huge park factor favoring lefties. Something above 160? Too bad Thome can't play the field anymore (and that he's blocked at first by Konerko). He's second only to Bonds in AB/HR (12.91 for Barry to 13.64 for Big Jim). Then agian, it's good that Thome's blocked. Bonds-Konerko-Thome is not a 3-4-5 I'd want to see in the Central.
Bonds playing for Ozzie would be hilarious, methinks.
I supported this last year as well, but I would love to see the Twins make a run at Bonds in the offseason. Not a Twins-type of PR move, but he fills a ton of holes for them. He's a middle of the order DH, and the Twins actually have some financial flexibility for a 1-year, $10 million or so deal. Not sure if Bonds would be available at that price, but if the Giants don't go after him, the other big-money teams (Yankees, Red Sox, White Sox even) have full-time DHs already, and I don't know how much interest would remain from other NL teams. I could also see the Angels trying to make a run at him though.
BB has never played a game in the Metrodome. (DLd the only Giants series in MN.)
I guess it's possible he played a game as a Sun Devil vs the Gophers, but I find that highly improbable.
