In case you missed it on Saturday, I have announced the first annual SBG Convention, to be held on Saturday, September 22, 2007. The Convention will be centered around the Twins game, which has a Game Time of 11:10AM. I'll be at Hubert's before the game for some breakfast and I'll be ready to talk Twins over a Cup of Coffee. Then, it's off to the Dome for a certain victory over the hated Chisox.
Are you interested? A number of people have already expressed interest. Jessica Alba will be there. Elisha Cuthbert has promised to show up. Jessica Biel, she of the gloom and doom, has said yes.
Well, actually, I'm still waiting for confirmation from those three, but Nick N. of Nick and Nick has expressed some interest as has Scot from Coffeeville Whirlwind. Seth Stohs of Seth Speaks is saying maybe so. AMR is a maybe. Statfreak101 from Battle Your Tail Off (and SBG Nation) is interested. E-6 is interested. Banjo is in. Folks, this is gonna be big. Well Elisha might be there, but the Jessicas are supposed to be out visiting me in Tacoma that weekend testing my new hottub.

I'll jump on the bandwagon nice and late. TwinsGeek says free copies of GameDay for all. I'll just need to track down the elusive vendor known as "Bernie". Bonnes has to go coach his kids soccer game or someothersuchnonsense. Although his wife is pretty rad, so I guess if it's to impress her, I'll give him a pass. I thought about drafting her in our AL-only rotisserie league two years back but didn't know how that'd go over. That man will fly into a jealous rage at the drop of a hat.
