Five Questions @ The Hardball Times

March 21st, 2008 by ubelmann

I've got a season preview-ish piece up at The Hardball Times. Doom and gloom abound.

Thanks to Will Young for recommending me for this gig. With so many high quality Twins bloggers out there, I was happy to be selected. I probably owe it to The Hardball Times for as much as I use their site for pitching statistics, anyway.

[Ed. note: Welcome, Hardball Times readers! I think we've got a pretty good Twins site going here, although we talk about a lot of other things, too, as you'll see by the articles posted here. During the season, though, there's a lot of focus on Twins and AL Central baseball. If you are looking for a good Twins site, bookmark this page and stop by from time to time. Or register and join in on the fun. Thanks for stopping by. -- SBG]

Congrats! It's nice to finally see someone good writing about the Twins for that rag.

Yeah, the guy that used to write over there was a hack. I wonder whatever came of him?

Definitely an improvement over the bum who wrote last year's 5 questions.

Good job, Ubelmann.

I didn't think it was doom and gloom at all. Equal chance of last place and .500 seems about right.

Well done Mr. Ubelmann. I thought it was plenty cheery.

Go Fighting Sioux!

Hats off to you, Ubes. I enjoyed reading it here the other day, and reading it again today.

What timing! The day this fine article is posted, Hernandez strikes out 5 in 3 innings while giving up one hit. Very Santana-like! (;
