Federal appeals court throws out CBS' fine for "wardrobe malfunction". It was ruled "arbitrary and capricious", a phrase I heard a trillion times in my Admin Law class. So, is Keely Hazel going to be on TV now?

That may be the only thing I remember from Admin Law. Oh, and Londoner/Bi-Metalic... though I just know that it's a thing and not what the hell it means. Anyway, good for the Court of Appeals.

I've never taken a law school course (I have taken grad-level courses on Sports Law and Space Law), but I'll remember 121J of the the ethics code because of one of Sheenie's friends.
