Performing on Indie 101.3 in Los Angeles. I don't know a whole lot about Nico Vega, as they only have a couple of short EPs to their name. I do know that the singer, who the internet tells me is named Aja Volkman, is pretty awesome.

Cup of Coffee Wolves lose again by 22, Kevin Love down to 17 minutes. This is the worst possible situation for the Wolves. They are driving what is left of their fan base with a tremendous stretch of terrible basketball. Their best, or second-best, player has checked out and is getting buried on the bench. This gal's voice sounds a bit like Erika from the Heartless Bastards. Not too bad, though some amplification would give their sound a bit more oomph.
Yeah, it does sound a bit hollow. I don't think they are well suited for acoustic. They sound much better in this video, although it's not as good of a song.
