"Tallis" was used in <em>Master and Commander </em>and another recent one I can't recall off the top of my head. "Adagio" was in <em>Elephant Man </em>prior to <em>Platoon</em>, and I know it's been used in others as well, even a version with choral. Both are quality "death scene" music. Not only has he raised the bar of small-c citizen sports journalism, but he's established a standard of excellence for capital-C Citizen jouralism as well.
