GO RAYS!!! Go RAYS!!! I bought you a flashlight! GO RAYS!!!!
My boy B.J. hits two homers in two at-bats to put the Rays up 2-0 going into the bottom of the third.
Rays now up 4-0 after 3.5; Griffey ends the inning with a diving catch of a Bartlett fly.
Konerko homers. 4-1 Rays.
It's looking like a good day, 4-0 Rays!
Rays up 5-1!
Meat, I have a feeling that Juan Uribe would like to get to know you better.
How many short rest starts is this for the White Sox over the last 3 weeks or so? It worked well for Buerhle and Danks, but Vazquez and Floyd were not sharp at all.
And of course the whole sitting around and waiting for somebody to hit a home run thing is not working out too well.
They all pitched on normal rest actually.
Congratulations to the Tampa Bay Devils!
Rays Win!!!
Woo-hoo!
Sweet, sweet schadenfreude. Now, I kind of wish one of the Twins was enough of a jerk to predict the Sox to go one and done. Oh, well.
