This is another "New Guy tortures the WGOM" video, and for that I apologize. Again, blame brianS. Melt Banana is one of the least accessible bands in the world. They are a mix of deafening guitars, strange airplane noises, and hyper spastic cartoon vocals. They are utterly incomprehensible. But I like this song, so nyeah!

I kinda liked it, but these guys couldn't carry Deerhoof's "Hello Kitty" guitar cases.

When Deerhoof opened for Wilco I thought it was a joke. I kept looking around for Ashton Kutcher and the hidden cameras.

A lot of folks can't get past Deerhoof's vocals, and that's understandable--it ain't Top-of-The-Pops. But, if they did, they'd discover a playfully, explosive rock and roll combo.
