Philadelphia activates J.C. Romero from the restricted list.
St. Louis places Kyle Lohse on the fifteen-day disabled list.
San Francisco adds Eli Whiteside to the forty-man roster.
Tampa Bay adds Randy Choate to the forty-man roster.
Tampa Bay signs Joe Gaetti.
Texas transfers Willie Eyre to the sixty-day disabled list.

As always, please add anything I missed in the comments.

I did not hear about Milton getting injured again... is that what this is?
I was really excited to see him back and pitching well in the majors.

Maybe Joe Mays is also working on a comeback?

Does Milton still get a team logo tattoo for everyone he plays for? I remember reading that he'd added a TC tat to go along with his Bankee's ink upon being traded here.

I thought Joe Gaetti was done. Apparently, there are a few organizations out there that he hasn't played for yet.

Incidentally, I'd heard of none of these moves, Jeff A. I am totally reliant on your reports to keep me up to date.
