Here at The WGOM, we have been working on a little scouting assignment. It's pretty simple, really, just describe a player in six words. One by one, we've been carefully analyzing each player, with SBG Nation Citizens offering their insight in the form of six word evaluations. Once we've gotten everyone's input, the Nation votes on the submitted evaluations. The results of this painstaking process are detailed below. We have included the top 3 most popular evaluations for each player.
To date, here are our evaluations.
| Player | Analysis #1 | Analysis #2 | Analysis #3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Joe Mauer | He ain't Jesus, but close enough | Two batting crowns; needs a ring. | Born in manger, bat in hands |
| Justin Morneau | Jason Morneau is your Derby Champ | Rhymes with Porno. Suck it Torii! | Stripper wife. Twins MVP. Life's good. Canadian lumber: you've seen him run. |
| Nick Punto | STOP FREAKIN' DIVING INTO FIRST BASE! | swung for the fence, popped up | Lovable midget plays hard, sucks harder |
| Joe Nathan | Twitch. Strike. Twitch. Strike. Twitch. Strike. | Twitch, twitch. Deep exhale. Strike three. | How's Pierzynski working for you, Sabean? |
| Francisco Liriano | Evaluations in process... | Evaluations in process... | Evaluations in process... |
| Kirby Puckett | Evaluations in process... | Evaluations in process... | Evaluations in process... |
